During May and June, members participated in the Special Olympics North Carolina Virtual Torch Run. Members walked, rolled, and swam to collect as many miles as possible and were able to log over 280 miles in June and over 375 miles total!

We celebrated the accomplishment with an ice cream party! Each member was awarded a certificate and Torch Run tee shirt from Special Olympics and a water bottle. Special prizes were also awarded for the members with the highest totals.
